About
Hi, I'm Maddy - a business psychologist and ICF accredited coach. After completing a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology in 2014, I have been working in roles focused on people development ever since.
For the majority of my career I've worked in-house in Talent Development teams. I now work for myself and I am particularly interested in helping people at transition points feel less alone and more confident. Whether it’s an individual wanting to explore their career options, a new manager figuring out how to get the best from their team, or a first-time parent learning how to find balance in their lives - I aim to provide practical tools and techniques to help people navigate change while staying true to their personal values.
I enjoy coaching people, both individually and in groups, to be the best they can be - whatever that looks like for them. I also love designing and facilitating engaging training programs that make people think and I've led company initiatives on topics like leadership, management, careers, confidence and resilience, to name a few. I'm also trained on a range of psychometrics, which can be a helpful addition to coaching conversations and workshops.
