After graduating in 2009, I landed my dream job at Cargill as a freight trader. For many years, this role provided me with immense satisfaction and achievement. However, before the pandemic, my passion began to wane. Inspired by my first leadership coach hired by Cargill, I transitioned my career to become an ICF PCC (International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach) in 2020. I co-authored and published a book <Second Life>, which inspired tens of thousands of readers and clients. My vision expanded as I witnessed many clients struggling with the overwhelming demands of work and life, and feeling disconnected with their authentic self. Answering the calling of my life, I took another leap of faith, from just a freelance coach to the founder of Other Options Healing & Coaching (https://otheroptionshealing.com/).
